Another exciting chapter of Zapiet updates, waiting for you to explore and utilize them! 🕵️‍♀️👀

• We have added the ability to change the “Continue shopping” link in the delivery validator widget.
• We have made accessibility improvements on the newest version of our widget.
• We have added the phone number field to the location settings. You can now use it as an attribute in your email notifications and show it in the “More information" pop-up on the cart page.
• We have added the ability to send shipping orders to Zapier and automatically update order details in Zapier when you update them within our app.
• We have improved our integration with Recharge, to minimize limitations.
• We have added conditional activation and preparation time to our widget API.

Bug fixes

• We have hidden the Text and design fields that aren’t used on the newest version of our widget.
• Previously, when you changed the weight format in the settings, the rate conditions didn’t correctly update. This is now working as expected.
• We have fixed a bug with date restricted products, where if you have a mixed cart with products that were allowed and disabled on some dates, all dates were blocked in the calendar. We will now show the correct available dates in the calendar.
• We have updated the product-specific preparation time feature to make sure the longest preparation time is respected in all scenarios.
• Previously, when you didn’t have the first location pre-selected, the pickup map wasn’t working as expected. We now show your locations in the map alphabetically if no locations are selected.
• We now prevent you from editing or adding details to a draft order without selecting a location. You will see an error message instructing you to select a location.
• We have fixed the issue with the time picker not working as expected when the pickup frequency was set to 20 minutes. Time picker should now work as expected with all frequencies.

• We have optimized our rates and orders services, to give you an even better experience with our app.
• You can now add DMARC/DKIM verification for your email notifications.
• If you were using Shopify in the Chinese language, there were issues with creating and editing locations within Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery due to Shopify not supporting the zh-Hans locale code. We will now fallback to zh-CN locale code when you are using Chinese to make sure everything works as expected.

Improvements

• Updated the appearance of the support and the settings pages.
• The Logs page now includes links to show the route from the store location to the customer's address.
• When creating a new location, we will preselect the country based on your Shopify settings.

Bugfixes

• When creating a new exception, the rate description is now an optional field. Previously it did not allow you to create an exception without the description.

Improvements

• We improved the user interface for the logs page.
• We added multi-language support for the rate name and description, but it’s only visible to stores who have more than one language added to Shopify.
• We added a confirmation modal, which will appear when you try to delete a product group.

Bug fixes

• Logs page now shows the correct shipping fees and the time in your local time zone.
• We’ve fixed the bug with rate name changes not being saved. You can now save your custom rate name and description as expected.
• If you’re using base fee by percentage, it now correctly calculates the percentage from the cart total and combines it with other rates, depending on your setup.

• Improved pickup slots by giving you an option to create custom pickup slots ✨ You can now create any number of slots, and set up the duration of the slots to match your business needs. Take a look at our Configuring pickup slots article for more information!
• Added support for inventory integration on the checkout extension widget.
• Improved our Google Maps API key checker by adding billing validation.
• Added support for paginated delivery location group zones and method definitions, to improve our Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery rates functionality.
• Improved the wording within the Staff and permissions section.

We have fixed the bugs:

• With order limits not blocking the calendar when using specific dates of the year. When the limit is reached, the date and time in the widget will now be correctly blocked.
• Where checkout was blocked over a certain cart value when hiding our widget using custom scripts. This has now been fixed.
• Where the “Save” button within locations was still active, even though the first save action wasn’t completed. We now grey out the “Save” button until the save action is completed.
• On the Shopify mobile app, where you weren't able to delete specific dates within locations. You can now delete dates as expected.

• Increased performance when generating rates, which means that the rates will generate faster.
• Translated the admin pages to multiple additional languages. We now support Brazilian Portuguese, Danish, Dutch, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Simplified Chinese, Spanish and Swedish.

We have:

• Published an integration with Appstle℠ Subscriptions App! You can now enable the feature to increment dates on future subscription orders. 🥳
• Updated our internal notification templates to include the new field for payment method name (payment_gateway_names), as the old one (gateway) was deprecated by Shopify.
• Changed the wording of the button “Print” when viewing individual orders to "More actions”, to display it’s meaning more accurately.
• Fixed incorrect article links within the app admin.
• Fixed the bug with delayed order sending to partners (Roadie, Shipday, Zapier). This should now work as expected.
• Fixed a bug where the orders weren’t updated correctly if the delivery note on the order contained quotes (””). We are now removing quotes from the delivery note, so the order can be updated as expected.

We have:

• Fixed the bug where the verified LMD providers were automatically marked as active. Only the active LMD providers will be marked as such.
• Improved our error message when exporting more than 250 orders through OrderlyPrint. If you try to export more orders, you will see an error suggesting you have selected too many orders.
• Fixed the bug where no delivery rates would show when using digital products (we were hiding the rate). If there is only one rate available, we will always show it.

We have:

• Added the option to increase the number of locations shown per page in the admin. You can now select between 10, 25 and 50.
• Improved the article links in the setup guide.
• Added the ability to add the day of the week tag to your orders.
• Improved translations in other languages.
• Added an API method to prefill and validate the delivery postcode (without address autocompletion).
• Added an API method to select a desired delivery option.
• Added the link to sign up for Stuart last-mile delivery service if you don’t already have an account.

We have fixed the bugs:

• Where the settings page would open at the incorrect section, if you previously visited specific settings and scrolled to the bottom of the page. The settings page should always open correctly at the top now.
• With Roadie V2 settings, where they weren’t saved correctly. You can now save the settings as expected.
• In the new order template, where the discount code was showing incorrectly. This has now been fixed.
• With the Zapiet.hide() function, where if the selected delivery option was hidden, the newly selected one didn’t trigger the selected_method event. The newly selected method should now be showing correctly.
