• Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery was unintentionally editing order attributes from other apps, resulting in the removal of special characters such as quotation marks. The issue has been addressed, and custom attributes will now remain intact.

• We have resolved an issue where the date picker in the POS app wasn’t showing earlier dates when editing an order. Previously, if the order was set for a later date (like the 21st of September), it was tricky to select earlier dates (like the 17th - 20th of September). You can now easily select both earlier and later dates as needed.

• We are happy to share that our team has successfully updated the rates feature to provide improved support for applications that create bundles and offer cart customizations.

• Previously, when two products had date restrictions—one set as available and the other as unavailable—no available dates would be displayed in the widget, even if they shared common availability. Our team has now resolved this issue.

• In the checkout widget, the preselect first available time feature for local delivery was experiencing an issue and didn’t work properly. Our developers swiftly resolved this bug.

• When previewing the order status widget in the theme editor, it would only show in English and not in the default store language. The issue has been fixed and the order status widget now shows in the store’s default language.

• We resolved an issue where the order details export file did not include the ‘Delivery note’ information. All details are now being correctly exported.

Here’s a new round of updates for Zapiet - Product Options!

• Additional charges are now available to all merchants, regardless of which Shopify plan you’re on.

• An issue where conditional activation wasn’t displaying correctly for the dropdown list has been fixed, so it now works as expected!

• Working with option sets is easier now, as all your options will be displayed when adding them, eliminating the issue of missing options from the list.

• Improvements have been made to our POS tile in response to merchant feedback regarding currency issues and visibility of options—these concerns are now resolved!

• A few minor design details in the app admin have been tidied up to create an even smoother experience.

• Previously, our POS app experienced an issue where locations using product availability by specific tag, vendor, or product type were showing as unavailable. This affected both pickup and delivery. The issue has now been resolved, and locations display correctly based on product availability settings.

• We encountered an issue where the previous month was still displaying on the calendar even after the available pickup dates had passed. This issue has now been resolved.

• When custom code was used to hide certain pickup timeslots, the first timeslot was still being selected, even when it should have been hidden. Our team has resolved this issue, so now the first slot won’t show up if it’s meant to be hidden.

• We've fixed a couple of UI issues: the month selector was misplaced on the Edit Order page, and the Export to CSV modal had some unnecessary extra space. Both have now been corrected.

• Previously, when using the 'More actions' button to update order details, the changes weren’t showing up in Shopify, and the order timeline didn’t indicate that Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery made any edits. We’ve fixed this issue, and now updates are reflected properly in both our app and on Shopify, with the edits appearing in the order timeline as expected.

• When the Google Maps API key was updated, the changes weren’t saving properly. We’ve fixed the issue, and now your settings will be saved correctly.

• Our app now seamlessly supports the Local Shopify theme out of the box.

• The ‘Name’ column in our Export to CSV file has been renamed to ‘Order Number’ for greater clarity.

• We’ve made some great improvements to our RSS feed functionality.

• We've given Zapiet - Rates by Distance a boost to improve rates performance and stability.

• Your Zapiet - Rates by Distance admin experience should now feel better and closer to Shopify. We updated colors, icons, and the design to match what you're used to seeing on your store admin pages, along with a few usability tweaks.

• You can now turn on the integration for both local delivery and shipping in Settings > Advanced > Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery—making rate management even simpler!

• The issue where the ‘More Information’ tab on the widget was showing pickup times set in the app instead of your actual business hours has been fixed. Now, the correct business hours are displayed, giving your customers the right information.

• Previously, countries without specific regions (like Macao) would show "null" in the widget. Now, if a country doesn’t have any regions, the region field simply won’t appear. For example, while Hong Kong has regions like Kowloon, Macao does not, and this fix ensures everything displays smoothly.

• An issue where fulfilling an order in Shopify and then marking it as "Ready for pickup" or "Ready for shipping" in Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery would cancel the fulfillment in Shopify has been fixed. Now, everything works seamlessly, and your fulfillment stays intact when you update the order status!

• We’ve squashed the bug that prevented the undo order status change feature from working on completed pickup orders. You can now undo order status changes as expected!

• If a pickup location wasn't preselected and the user clicked directly on the radio button without selecting a date, the error message incorrectly prompted "Please select a location" instead of "Please select a date and time for pickup". This issue has been resolved, and the error message now correctly updates regardless of where the location is selected.

• Previously, if a customer added both a physical and a digital product to the cart, filled in the widget details, and then removed the physical product (which caused the widget to be hidden), the attributes remained even after proceeding to checkout and returning to the cart. This issue has been fixed, and cart attributes are now properly cleared when the widget is hidden.
