New UI and setup guide, disable location feature and rate fixes

Improvements

• We've updated the app's interface throughout. As well as updating our logo, we've made over a dozen tiny tweaks to improve clarity and overall usability.

• The dashboard has also had a massive overhaul. The setup guide now tracks your progress more accurately, and you’ll find our changelog in the dashboard instead of in the support page.

• We’ve updated the exceptions page for a cleaner design and a smoother experience.

• You can now disable a location to prevent it from generating rates without removing any rates or deleting the location.

• Previously, you could only search locations by the location name. The search bar now supports searching by postcode, province, and city.

• The Google Maps API validity checker has also been updated. If any APIs are missing from your Google Maps Key, you’ll now see a clear message explaining what’s needed.

Bug fixes

• We've fixed an issue where using the 'Driving route + Best route' or 'Driving route + Fastest route' distance calculations could result in missing or incorrect rates.
