Week 28 • Widget fixes, improved rates handling, and general bug fixes

Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery

• Some stores that were on an older version of our widget experienced an issue where the widget would not load on the cart page. This has been fixed, but if your store was affected, please contact us to be updated to our latest version! If you're not sure which version you're on, please check our help guide for more information.

• Stores that do not have access to Shopify's Carrier-calculated shipping rates feature will be automatically moved to our Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery rates mode, to prevent confusion and a blank rates page.

• An issue affecting the 'Send test' and 'Preview template' buttons in Email Notifications has been resolved. You’ll now see the correct preview and can send test emails without any errors.

Zapiet Eats

• We’ve updated the design of our internal emails for a cleaner look and better dark mode compatibility. These emails will now come from [email protected].

• The customer information for draft orders will now contain the customers phone number.

Zapiet - Rates by Distance

• We've added support for Shopify's App Bridge Contextual Save Bar on the pages where we can edit and create exceptions. Now, if you try to leave with unsaved changes, you’ll get a handy reminder, helping you avoid losing work and making setup smoother.

Zapiet - Product Options

• Previously, there an issue where non-required textboxes with character limits were preventing products from being added to the cart, unless they were filled in. This has now been resolved, and products will add to cart as expected.
