Improvements

  • Exciting news! We now support the ability to add product variants to all of the location settings (pickup and delivery) and shipping. You can configure them when setting up product availability—specific product, product date restrictions, or product-specific preparation times. Give it a try!
  • When viewing an order, you can now quickly switch to the previous or next order without leaving the page, making order management smoother and more efficient!
  • No more scrolling through endless product lists when setting up your locations! We've redesigned how product availability, product date restrictions, and product-specific preparation times are displayed. You can now use a handy show/hide button to expand these settings, making the setup process smoother.
  • Merchants with additional locations can now upgrade or downgrade their plan directly from the Subscriptions page without contacting our support. If the new plan has a lower location limit, a pop-up will appear explaining the extra monthly charge per extra location, with an option to confirm and approve the charges.

Bug fixes

  • Previously, duplicating locations would bypass the location limit set by the subscription plan. This has been fixed and location duplication now respects the limits included in your plan.
  • When creating a new location without a postal code, the error message wouldn’t appear if you were further down the page when trying to save. That’s now been fixed—the page will smoothly scroll to the top when the “Add a postal code” message is triggered, so it’s always visible no matter where you are on the page.
  • The ‘View your order’ button did not display correctly in our Out for delivery notification email. This was resolved and the delivery email is now working as expected.
  • Previously, if an order failed to be delivered to a Last Mile Delivery provider due to a 'failed to parse schema' error, no email notification was sent to the merchant. That’s now been fixed—if this error happens, the app will send an email to notify the merchant right away.
  • There was an issue on the POS app where, after applying multiple filters, it was no longer possible to exit the tile without going back through each filter. The issue has been resolved, and it’s now possible to exit the tile with a single click.
