Bundles, product options, discounts and general bug fixes

Our app just got even better with new features and bug fixes! 🚀

Improvements

  • You can now configure bundles of products to create Meal Deals! Combine a main dish, dessert, and drink for a special discounted price. Learn more in our Product bundles article.
  • We have introduced a feature that lets you create option sets and add specific products and options to them. Delight your customers with various product options! Discover more in our Product Options article.
  • Delight your customers with our brand-new discount feature! Create discounts for different delivery options, restaurants, and days. Find additional details in our Creating automatic discount codes article.
  • On mobile, the widget now displays delivery details in the same short form as the calendar, keeping everything aligned.

We've also squashed some bugs! 🐛

  • Previously, deleted menu items would still appear in the app. The issue was resolved and the deleted menu items now stay deleted.
  • The badge on the ‘Restaurants’ page was not updated when delivery options were enabled or disabled. The issue has been fixed and the ‘Restaurants’ page now reflects the changes to delivery options.
  • The widget was showing an incorrect error message if the delivery option was changed from pickup to local delivery. The issue was fixed and the correct wording now appears for the error message.
  • Previously, the widget displayed only 3 available locations. We have now expanded it to show all available locations!
  • The information from Zapiet - Product Options was not included in the internal or customer-facing notifications. After fixing the issue, the notifications are working as expected and include all of the relevant information.
  • If a restaurant was closed and an order was scheduled for a different day, it used to be automatically canceled and refunded. We've improved this feature so now the order will be properly rescheduled for a future date instead.
  • We fixed an issue where bulk blackout dates could be added to a restaurant without a menu. Now, if there's no menu available, an error message will be displayed when attempting to add blackout dates.
