Improvements

Updated the appearance of the support and the settings pages.
The Logs page now includes links to show the route from the store location to the customer's address.
When creating a new location, we will preselect the country based on your Shopify settings.

Bugfixes

When creating a new exception, the rate description is now an optional field. Previously it did not allow you to create an exception without the description.
