Improvements

  • You can now print Zapiet Eats orders to the receipt printer connected to Shopify POS. Choose your POS printer when printing from the Manage Orders tile, so order tickets go to the same printer as the rest of your POS orders.
  • The contextual save bar now appears across every page, giving you consistent Save and Discard actions whenever a form has unsaved changes
  • Personal access tokens you create in Settings > API & MCP now stay active for their full one-year lifetime, so routine security updates on our side won't stop your integrations working.
  • Staff permissions and location access now also apply to order reprints and to reservation and review summaries in connected AI assistants, so each team member only sees and prints what you've given them access to.
  • We've also made a number of behind-the-scenes security improvements across the storefront and admin, helping keep your store and customer data safe.

Bug fixes

  • Menu CSV exports now complete when a menu includes a product that has since been deleted. Previously, large exports ended with a "did not finish" email and smaller ones failed with an error.
  • Maximum party size can no longer be set higher than Maximum guests per timeslot in a location's reservation settings. Previously, customers could choose a party size the timeslot couldn't hold and then see a "This timeslot is no longer available" message.
  • When an AI assistant connected to Zapiet Eats was asked about today's inventory, it could return daily limits from past days. This has been corrected, and it now reports today's limits for each location, matching Orders > Today's inventory.
  • Reservations can now only be created or moved to the timeslots shown for a location, preventing a timeslot from being booked beyond its maximum reservable tables.
