Zapiet - Pickup + Delivery

  • Custom JavaScript and CSS in Settings > Developer are now security-checked before they're saved, helping to protect your checkout and your customers. Code that looks harmful is blocked with a short explanation under the editor, and the store owner also receives an email whenever your custom JavaScript changes, so you'll always know when it's been edited.
  • On the new cart widget design, customers can now use their current location to check delivery availability. With Ask customers to use their current location turned on in Settings > Delivery, customers can click the location arrow in the delivery field to fill in their details and check delivery straight away. This works with every delivery validation method, from postcode matching to radius, driving distance and zone-based delivery. If their location can't be found, customers see a clear message asking them to enter their address instead.
  • We've made several improvements to the new widget design, making it easier for customers to find and choose a pickup location. Other locations are now easier to spot, and the locations pop-up, search suggestions and map have been updated.
  • Several improvements have also been made across the app, making it clearer and easier to use. The Appearance page has been refreshed to match our latest design, upgrade options for locked features now open without leaving the page, and error messages, labels and the dashboard have been tidied up.
  • Previously, a change to the widget calendar's date format stopped custom code from our Hiding specific pickup time slots guide from hiding slots. This has been resolved, and dates use the day-month format again, so the guide's code works as expected.
  • When several delivery locations are the same distance from a customer, the app now always picks the smallest zone that covers their address, so customers consistently see the correct rate.
  • Orders no longer show an unexpected 11:30 PM to 12:00 AM delivery time when your delivery time picker is turned off. When editing an order with Show all fields turned on, the time field now starts on "No time selected", and clearing or changing a time removes the old value. The in-app order edit modal also now follows your Show all fields setting, matching the Shopify order edit modal.
  • An issue where the address validator could keep loading, preventing local delivery checkout when a product's vendor, tag or product type contained an emoji, has been fixed.
  • On the classic widget design with the pickup map turned on, pickup locations no longer appear twice after the cart page is reloaded.
  • The order date filter calendar is now fully visible and scrollable in the Shopify mobile app, instead of being partly hidden behind the bottom menu.
  • Location images and custom checkout method icons can be uploaded again, fixing an issue where uploads were being rejected.

Zapiet - Product Options

  • Conditional activation rules using the Equals operator now work correctly when combined with other conditions, whether the rule matches all or any of them.

Zapiet - Rates by Zipcode

  • The Requested at time on the Logs page now shows in your store's timezone, and the date filter uses your store's days, making it easier to track logs.
  • The AI Setup Wizard is now working again! Use it to easily create or edit your zones and rates
  • Weight-based rates now appear at checkout as expected on stores using Shopify Functions rates mode with a default package weight set in Shopify. Previously, a rate could be hidden for items just above the minimum weight of its band.
  • If you need to raise or lower all your rate prices by a set percentage, our support team can now do this for you in one step. Please contact our support team on chat if you need this.

Zapiet - Rates by Distance

  • Disabling rates now has its own section in Settings, explaining what happens when rates are turned off and showing whether they're currently on or off. A confirmation step appears before rates are disabled, and you can turn them back on from the same section.

Zapiet - Product Rates

  • The setup guide is now shorter and finishes with testing your rates, so you can get up and running sooner.
