Slot occupancy and product limits reports, reservation reviews, and general bug fixes

Improvements

• We’ve added a new Slot occupancy report to help you monitor your order limits. It shows how full each timeslot or day is for a location and menu, including the number of orders, remaining capacity and an Available or Full status. Select a slot to see the orders that filled it.

• A new Product limits report lets you check how close a product is to its daily or per-timeslot limit. Choose a location, menu, date and product to see the cap, how many have been used, what's remaining and every order that contributed.

• You can now request reviews after a visit. When you mark a reservation as Completed, guests receive a "How was your visit?" email with a link to leave a star rating and comment. The template can be edited in Settings > Notifications > Reservation review request.

• The Reservations list view now shows bookings across all dates, newest first, so new requests are easy to spot. Timeline view still shows one day at a time.

• Printing an order now takes one click. Print order is available directly on the order details page instead of in the More actions menu, and each Kanban card has its own print button, so staff can print without opening the order.

• If you sell retail items through Shopify POS, you can now keep them out of your Eats orders. Turn on Only sync Eats menu items on POS orders in Settings > Developers, and items that aren't on any Eats menu will show as a single "Non-menu item" line on orders, kitchen screens, printouts and emails. POS orders containing only retail items won't create an Eats order at all.

• The menu editor has a cleaner single-column layout, with a Published or Draft status selector next to the menu name and quick Add section and Create bundle buttons.

• Location CSV imports have a simpler layout with an Upload CSV button and clear instructions. If you try to import without a valid file, you'll now see an error explaining what's needed, and replacing a file always clears the previous one's rows.

• The Home page and Reports now adjust to the available space, preventing content from being squeezed or cut off when the Shopify sidebar is open on smaller screens.

• Empty pages now help you get started. The Orders and Reservations pages show help guides and videos, while the Discounts, Product options, Cancellations and Occasions pages have clear headings and a button to create your first item.

• The app is easier to use on your phone. The help widget no longer overlaps the Shopify navigation bar, email previews scroll within their own area instead of the whole page, and Home page content stacks neatly on small screens.

• The "New reservation (internal)" team notification has been renamed to "New reservation".

• The UI has been updated across several pages to improve consistency and alignment.

Bug fixes

• Reservations can now be exported when viewing All locations. The CSV includes a Restaurant column so you can see which location each booking belongs to, and large exports are sent by email as a download link.

• Saving a new choice bundle now creates it correctly. Previously, selecting Save could have no effect, keeping users stuck on the page.

• Deleting a bundle now removes it from your Shopify products and storefront, rather than leaving it as an unavailable item on your menu.

• Shopify Flow triggers now work for pickup and delivery orders as well as dine-in orders. Previously, these triggers could fail because no table number was available.

• Custom text saved in Settings > Text & translations now updates on your storefront widget.

• Notification emails for a location now accept several addresses separated by commas, fixing an issue where only one email could be added.

• On the Orders page, the Settings button now only appears in List view when notification sounds are on, instead of opening an empty menu.

• The Design settings button for the order status page in Settings > Themes now opens the Text & Design page instead of an error.

• The Reservations page no longer flickers while loading.

• Dropdowns, checkboxes and text boxes on settings pages no longer appear blank the first time a page loads.
