Improvements

  • We're delighted to introduce product limits per timeslot! You can now cap how many units of a product will be available in each timeslot, shared across all orders. Set it on its own or alongside your daily inventory limit from your location's menu schedule, and customers can only order up to whichever amount is lower. You can also choose if the product limits are on in effect for orders made today, if orders made for future dates too.
  • Reservations now support a weekly schedule. In Locations > Reservations, you can choose which days of the week take bookings and set different opening and closing times for each day, without needing blackout dates. Closed days are greyed out on the booking page, and existing locations keep their current hours until you change them.
  • You can now set reservation preparation time in hours, days or weeks as well as minutes, in line with your other fulfilment methods.
  • Each reservation now has a visible ID in the Reservations list, timeline cards, reservation details and guest emails. You can also search for a booking by its ID, making it quicker to find a reservation when a customer gets in touch. If you use a custom email template, add to include it.
  • Changes in Settings > Ordering page now show in a live preview as you make them, so you can see exactly how your Ordering page will look before you save.
  • Products with several variant options now show each option separately on the Ordering page instead of one long combined list, making it easier for customers to choose what they want.
  • You can now print "Store copy only" at the top of each order slip, helping staff tell store copies apart from slips that go out with an order. Turn it on in Settings > Developers under Order printout.

Bug fixes

  • The Kanban board is available again on mobile browsers and in the Shopify mobile app. You can now switch between List view and Board view directly on the Orders page.
  • An issue preventing pickup and dine-in checkout when a location's region was saved incorrectly in the address has been resolved.
  • Reservation email subjects now display accented characters correctly across email apps, instead of showing question marks.
  • When adding or editing an occasion, each of your store's languages now appears as its own tab, so you can add translations.
  • Order details headers are now always left-aligned, keeping the order number in a consistent position even when location names are long.
  • Copy buttons across the app now copy reliably and confirm when they've worked.
  • Buttons that open the Shopify theme editor also load correctly again.
  • Product bundles priced at 1,000 or more now sync to Shopify, and changes to a bundle's title or status are reflected in your Shopify admin.
  • Discarding unsaved image changes in location and Ordering page settings now restores the original images.
  • Negative values can no longer be saved in fields such as prices, minimum orders, preparation times and order limits.
  • You can now invite staff with only Settings, Menus or API & MCP access without having to choose a location.
  • Dine-in table codes entered on the storefront are now recognised correctly, so customers can select their table and check out.
  • Previewing a notification template that contains invalid Liquid now shows an error message explaining the problem, rather than failing without explanation.
  • In the cancel reservation window, Continue is now black and Cancel is white, matching the button styles used elsewhere in the app.
  • Store details such as your contact email now sync correctly from Shopify for stores based in regions with longer codes.
