Unlisted bundles, reservation notifications and general bug fixes

Improvements

• You can now create unlisted bundles that stay hidden from your online store and are only available on the order page, so bundles built for Eats no longer appear alongside your regular products.

• Order notes and apartment number fields are now available for every order method on the Ordering page. You can set whether these fields are optional or required in your ordering page settings.

• We've added a maximum order value to discounts alongside the existing minimum.

• A notification banner now appears when a new reservation comes in, regardless of which page of the app you're viewing.

• Staff can now request access to other locations straight from the location picker on the Orders page. A new Request access option opens every location they can't yet view, making it quicker to get the permissions they need.

• Board view is now available on the Orders page, so you can switch between list and board layouts and manage incoming orders the way that suits your team. See our Use the orders board guide for more information.

• Custom pickup, delivery, and dine-in slot windows can now be set from each menu's schedule in the location settings.

• Long cancellation reasons in the reject order window now wrap onto multiple lines instead of requiring horizontal scrolling.

• For new installs, the reservation page now asks customers "Where would you like to book a table?" when choosing a location, for a clearer and friendlier prompt.

• Dates on the reservations page now use a shorter format, such as "Mon, 14th, Sept".

• The Menu ordering POS tile has been redesigned to make it clearer and easier to use.

Bug fixes

• When Pay later at the table was enabled for dine-in, customers saw a confirmation that their order had been sent to the kitchen, but no order was created. This has been resolved and an unpaid order is now created as expected.

• The menu hours shown on the order page for dine-in now reflect the dine-in schedule instead of the pickup schedule.

• Settings and Reservations now load reliably for stores with a large number of locations and menus, fixing an issue where these pages could fail to open.

• When you switch to a location with no orders, the Orders page now shows the correct layout straight away instead of updating after the page loads.
