Date picker visibility, time picker placement and general improvements

Improvements

• You can now have the date picker hidden on your ordering page for pickup, delivery, or both, while still collecting a preferred time. This is useful if you only take same-day orders. If you'd like this set up on your store, please contact our support team on chat.

• The Show time picker setting has moved to sit directly below the slot frequency selector for both pickup and delivery in Locations, keeping your scheduling settings together.
