Checkout extension update and optimisations

All checkout extensions have now been updated to the latest version. Alongside the update, we’ve also made a number of optimisations to support performance and reliability.

We've updated:

• The checkout widget
• The checkout delivery options widget
• The "View orders" POS tile
• The "Schedule order" POS tile
