Improved mobile layout, reporting updates, and general bug fixes

Improvements
- The formatting for restaurants with long names has been improved on mobile.
- The “Text area” product option has been renamed to “Text box” to make the functionality clearer.
Bug fixes
- The restaurant phone number now appears correctly on the customer information form.
- Products that are unavailable on the selected menu can no longer be added to the cart.
- The search bar in the Repeat customers report now works as expected.
- The Refunds report now includes all items from cancelled or declined orders, as well as individually removed items.
- The delivery option filter in the Revenue summary report now displays in line with the rest of the settings.
- Previously, the delivery option field in the Delivery options report could not be selected. This has been fixed and the report can now be filtered correctly.
- When a required text box field was left empty, an incorrect error message was shown. The correct validation message is now displayed, making the error clearer for customers.
- The Closed badge now displays for delivery restaurants, and its placement has been updated to appear below the distance information for a cleaner layout.
