New text boxes, improved order visibility and general bug fixes

Improvements
- Order thumbnails on the POS order dashboard now display the order date and time.
- A banner is now shown when the internal notifications sender email is missing.
- You can now add text box fields as a product option.
Bug fixes
- An issue that prevented resetting all email templates has been fixed.
- When adding the Allergens and restrictions widget to a theme, only up to 10 themes were shown. All available themes are now visible.
- Moving the location pin on the map no longer returns a plus code. In these cases we now require a complete address instead of passing the plus code through.
- After adding a product to the Shopify order, after a few minutes it would show as removed in the Zapiet Eats order dashboard. This has now been resolved and the products will show as expected.
- Delivery zones and distance calculations now display in the correct unit when switching between kilometers and miles.
- An issue where the time format remained in 12-hour format after switching to 24-hour has been fixed.
- Previously, the order timeline showed an error even when emails were successfully sent. This has been resolved and the error only shows for unsuccessful emails.
- Cancelled orders no longer show all items as removed.
- After submitting an empty contact form, the error message now clears when a message is entered, without requiring a page reload.
- The order dashboard search now supports stores with more than 100 restaurants.
- Previously, some page titles did not match their navigation labels. This has been corrected to improve clarity.
- An issue where default restaurant types were not added during installation if the Shopify location had no address has been fixed.
- Changes to restaurant settings must be saved before opening a delivery zone.
