Inventory improvements and bundle bug fixes

Improvements

We've made a series of inventory fixes and optimisations for improved stability and accuracy.

Bug fixes

Previously when marking a draft order as paid, only one item from a bundle was being counted toward the daily inventory. This has been fixed and now, all items within the bundle are included as expected.
